Do I need to be an existing Scarlet Pixel client?
No. We accept retainer clients with sites built by other developers, provided the site is built on a compatible platform and meets our minimum technical requirements.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Retainers are monthly commitments with 30 days notice to cancel. There are no long-term lock-ins.
What platform does my site need to be on?
We primarily manage WordPress sites. If your site is on a different platform, get in touch and we will advise on compatibility before you commit.
How do I receive reports?
Monthly reports are delivered privately via email. They cover rankings, traffic, technical health, and any work completed that month.
